If you enter a debt agreement and pay it out early, it will appear on your credit file for the full 5 years. On a positive, a notation would be updated to reflect that it has been paid off early. From there, it’s up to creditors if they wish to lend to you.After the 5 year period a Part 9 Debt Agreement will no longer appear on your credit file, unlike Bankruptcy and Part 10 Personal Insolvency Agreement’s which remain on the NPII permanently.
